Overview
Notifications are templates for auto generated messages from BluSKY. The Notification itself has build in fields to provide relevant information for the message and also has a different methods of delivery.
Notification List Definitions
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the Notification. |
| Attach | Indicated whether there is an attachment with the Notification. |
| Owner | The name of the Owner of the Notification. This field indicates who gets which Notification. |
| Type | This field indicates which Event will trigger the Notification to be sent. |
| Status | Ignore these fields for now, they are intended for future improvements. |

| SMS | Ignore these fields for now, they are intended for future improvements. |
Notification Setup Actions
Search Criteria
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Search Text | This field is used to limit the number of rows listed in the list box below. To use simply type a string of characters or words. Please note you will only see those items you have the permission and access rights for. It is a good idea to search first, even when you are creating a new entry. |
| View | View will bring you to the view screen. Use this to look up information on existing entities and access Audit Info(2). This page also has a link to Edit |
| Submit | Starts search based on the criteria selected in the two prior steps. |
| Reset | Clears all fields in order to start a new search. |
