Edit Facility Floors

Overview​

Editing the Floors of a Facility is an important task when configuring a system to be used for elevator access control. This article guides you through process of changing and editing the Floors of a Facility.

Add Floors to a Facility​

  1. Navigate to Facility, Main Menu-> Setup-> Facilities and Customers-> Facility
  2. Use the search feature and select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the on the editButtonNoText.png button in the lower left hand side.

  1. Use the tabs at the top of the screen to select Floors.
  2. Select how manyFloors Above Ground and commit changes with the Plus Sign.png icon.
  3. Select how manyFloors Below Ground and commit changes with the Plus Sign.png icon.
  • ***Note:***It is important to properly add the floors to above or below ground.
  1. If you wish you may designate an Alias to each floor.
  2. Confirm changes with the saveBtn.png button.

Delete a Floor from a Facility​

  1. Navigate to Facility, Main Menu-> Setup-> Facilities and Customers-> Facility
  2. Use the search feature and select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click on the editButtonNoText.png button in the lower left hand side.

Delete Facility Floors

  1. Use the tabs at the top of the screen to select Floors.
  2. Scroll down to the floor you wish to delete and use the Minus Sign.pngicon to remove the floor.
  3. Confirm changes with the saveBtn.png button.
