# List Definitions

Name	Description
Customer	The name of the customer.
Customer Number	The number assigned to the customer by the integrator.
Address	The address of the Integrator, User, or Company.
Region	The Region, i.e. State, Province, County, etc.
Integrator	The name of the Integrator.
Deleted	If checked, entry is deleted from BluSKY.
Company	Name of the Company.
Date Inserted	The date this entry was added to BluSky.
Inserted By	The name of the login who created this entry in BluSKY.
Date Updated	The date this entry was last updated.
Date Deleted	The date this entry was disabled or deleted from BluSky.
Deleted By	Name of person who disabled this entry.

# Setup Actions

	Will bring you to the create screen. Use this if the entity does not exist in the BluSKY database. Be extremely careful not to create duplicates with slightly different names.
	View will bring you to the view screen. Use this to look up information on existing entities and access Audit Info.
	Edit will enable you to edit the selection you chose.
	The Manage feature for Servers allows you to actively monitor the processes and functions of a BluBØX Server.
	Delete allows for removal of the entity from the BluSKY database.
	Expand adds additional columns to the Integrator information displayed on the List page. The icon now displays as Shrink.
	Shrink restores the List page to its original column display.
	The Access feature allows an authorized Person the ability to modify many people's access rights without having to navigate to the individual records.
	Export will save the information from the view list into one of three file formats, a printable form or copying to your computer's clipboard. Read more here.
	The Change Status feature enables an authorized person the to activate or disable set the selected Rules.
	The Duplicate feature will allow you to make copies of the selected entries.
