Overview
Cards are one of the ways BluSKY is able identify a Person. A reference article to help define the fields regarding Cards
List Definitions
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Internal Card Number | This is the number printed on the card. |
| External Card Number | This is the number encoded in the card. |
| Facility Code | A Facility Code is an additiona parameter for Cards. It is used to differentiate similiar ranges of Card. |
| Issue Code | Uniquely identifies lost or re-issued cards. |
| Deleted | If checked, entry is deleted from BluSKY. |
| Card Type | What type of card is being used. Ex. Standard 26 bit, with facility code. |
| AC System | Name of the access control system. |
| Date Inserted | The date this entry was added to BluSky. |
| Inserted By | The name of the login who created this entry in BluSKY. |
| Date Updated | The date this entry was last updated. |
| Updated By | Who make the last update to this entry. |
| Date Deleted | The date this entry was disabled or deleted from BluSky. |
| Deleted By | Name of person who disabled this entry. |
