Recorder
Overview
Recorders in BluSKY bridge the physical and cloud realms by working with a video Server, enabling Cameras to stream and record to the cloud. These Recorders are designed for ease of deployment, low maintenance, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring smooth video management within a Facility.
Information: The VPN / Remote Management Gateway and Power Management is required for solutions that include BluBØX Video Management Integration, Destination Dispatch Elevators or Person Readers. Recorder List Definitions
| Name | Description |

| Name | The name of the Recorder. |
| Type | The name of the specific software used for the Recorder. |
| Server | The name of the associated parent video Server. |
| System | The name of the access control system. |
| Facility | The name of the physical building associated with the System. |
| Cameras | The count of cameras that are online, offline, and missing. |
| Region | Specifies which cloud server geography is being utilized for this Recorder. |
| Cloud | Specifies whether cloud streaming is enabled or not for this Recorder. |
| Local | Specifies whether local streaming is enabled or not for this Recorder. |
| Site Manager Version | The current version of the site manager service running on this Recorder. |
| Media DNS | The DNS address of the Recorder's video Server. |
| Cert. Expiry | The date on which the video Server's SSL certificate expires. |
| Media Server License Id | The ID of the video Server's license. |
Search Criteria

| System Group | The name of access control system group. |
| System | The name of the access control system. |
| Facility | The name of the physical building associated with the System. |
| Type | The name of the specific software used for the Recorder. |
| Region | Specifies which cloud server geography is being utilized for this Recorder. |
| Search Text | This field is used to limit the number of rows listed in the list box below. To use simply type a string of characters or words. Please note you will only see those items you have the permission and access rights for. It is a good idea to search first, even when you are creating a new entry. |
| Search Setup Key | The value of the setup key used for the Recorder. |
| Search Media DNS | The DNS address of the Recorder's video Server. |
| Site Manager Version | The current version of the site manager service running on this Recorder. |
| Media Server License Id | The ID of the video Server's license. |
| Search | The type of items to be returned by the query. Includes Active and/or Deleted items. |
| Stream Route | Specify whether the Recorder allows for Local and/or Cloud streaming. |
| Create | Will bring you to the create screen. Use this if the entity does not exist in the BluSKY database. Be extremely careful not to create duplicates with slightly different names. |
| Reset | This button clears all fields in order to start a new search. |
| Submit | This button performs a search based on the criteria selected in the filter. |
