LogBook
Overview
BluSKY Log Books gives your building a simple, powerful way to record activity across security, engineering, property management, and service vendors. Users can enter logs by voice or by typing, and BluSKY AI automatically does the heavy lifting — creating the title, assigning the category and subcategory, improving the wording, adding weather context, and determining whether the item should be marked for review.
The biggest value is in the summaries. BluSKY automatically aggregates activity every hour, every 8 hours, every 24 hours, and over weekly and monthly periods, reducing large amounts of raw data into the most important information. It highlights key issues, trends, anomalies, and changes in risk so managers can focus on what matters most instead of sorting through every entry.
Log Books also supports attachments, including photos, videos, scans, statements, and incident-related files, giving teams a complete record in one place.
